Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Travel Bazaar website and services operated by FinBazaar Digital Solution Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By booking any tour package, flight, hotel, visa, rail or bus ticket through us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance / full payment.
• Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuation and taxes.
• GST and TCS as applicable will be charged over and above the package cost.

2. Travel Documents

• Guests are responsible for holding valid photo ID, passport, visa and medical clearances.
• Passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity for international travel.
• Visa rejection by an embassy is not our responsibility; visa service fees are non-refundable.

3. Modifications

• Any change requested after booking confirmation is subject to airline / hotel / supplier policies.
• Amendment charges plus fare/tariff difference will apply.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics or government restrictions.

5. Liability

Travel Bazaar acts only as an intermediary between the traveller and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. Our liability is limited to the service fee collected by us.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
